Business income

Reimburses you for the total amount of any insured soft costs or loss of rental or business income resulting from delayed start-up, and includes mortgage rate guarantee.

Equipment breakdown

Protects against direct physical loss or damage to electrical and mechanical equipment caused by an accident while in normal operation after it is installed. Coverage may also be extended to testing of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Wrap-up liability

When selected with General Liability, covers the entire project, including the completed operations period that can be extended as required.

Builders risk

Protects project owners’ and contractors’ (including subcontractors’) labour, equipment, temporary infrastructure, and building materials against common perils like fire or theft while a project is underway (CCDC compliant coverage).
